Original English open-top double-decker bus from 1951! Roadworthy condition. Many parts have been renewed; clutch, water pump, radiator and engine restored; original Gardner engine. Tyres and tread are fine. All spare parts are available, as almost everything for Gardner is available. Addresses will be provided as required.
The bus can be used in many ways: as an event bus for festivals, as an advertising bus, as a film and TV bus, as a food truck, as a coffee bar, etc. 
The bus was registered as a motorhome with an H registration (an H registration denotes a classic vehicle in Germany). It can, therefore, also be driven on Sundays! It is currently deregistered.
The bus has a gross vehicle weight of 7.49 tonnes;
Gardner 6LW 79 kw engine;
8 m long, 2.3 m wide and 3.7 m in height.
Has a strong steel railing on the upper deck (approved by the authorities); here, there is room for about 20 people (original seats can easily be installed and removed again).
On the lower deck (entrance), there is room for about 15 people. Depending on use, the bus can be used as a party dance bus without seats.
You can start your business or party straight away! The bus is ready to go!
Original instruction manual and handbook are included.
The bus should be picked up in Cologne, Germany; otherwise it can be delivered by arrangement.

The price of the many renewed parts amounts to a value of approximately €15,000. The clutch alone cost €5,300 when it was newly restored.
Due to its age, the bus has some minor dents and scratches on the paintwork, but is in good condition for its age.

One brake cylinder is leaking; brakes need to be readjusted. 
By arrangement, the TÜV (German MOT equivalent) can also be done in Germany, so that the bus is ready to drive upon delivery.
The TÜV expired in 2017, but we have continued to drive the vehicle, including with a red number plate (a red number plate is an interchangeable number plate issued in Germany to classic car owners, allowing vehicles to be used for classic car events, test drives, etc.).
Petrol was mistakenly entered in the vehicle registration document, but this will be changed when the bus is re-registered. The fuel is diesel! The bus will be delivered with no decoration material or advertising.
