Produced in December 1986, this BMW is an extremely rare car that was built in only 1034 units between November 1986 and September 1988. The E24 is the first BMW 6 series "M" version produced, a true automotive icon. This M6 has had a lot of time in Spain where the weather has preserved the car's solidity.

The bodywork is in the original "Zinnoberrot" colour and has only been repainted once. It is in very good condition with very small defects due to normal use. The car has just been given a full polishing and embellishment treatment.

From a mechanical point of view the car is road ready and has always had documented maintenance in the past (see photos), a new set of Michelin Sport tyres has just been fitted and the car has just been given an official BMW service. The air conditioning is also working, together with the electric sun roof. 

The leather interior is still original and has just been cleaned and replenished, the leather dashboard is in excellent condition.

The underbody is solid and original, with no marks of rust, it has never been welded and is ready to be used.

The Spanish MOT was performed in February 2022 and is valid until February 2024, and no defects were found regarding road worthiness. A thickness gauge test revealed no significant defects.

This BMW is a worthwhile investment: it is very difficult to find such original cars, with its manuals and documentation, in the red colour, with flawless interior and air-conditioning, and with low mileage.
