DeLorean DMC-12 - 1982 (full matching numbers)

The DeLorean DMC-12 is the only model car created by DeLorean between 1981 and 1982.

The DMC-12, designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro of Ital Design and developed by Colin Chapman of Lotus was not the only vehicle that DeLorean developed. DMC-12 was first an internal code for the car, in which the letters DMC stand for De Lorean Motor Company and 12 derived seems to be a sale price of $ 12000.

The DMC-12 is best known for the role that the car had as a time machine in the film Back to the Future.

Equipped with a 2.8 liter V6 PRV engine, mounted for the rear axle, the DMC-12 was good for 132 HP at 5500 RPM. This power was transferred to the rear wheels through a manual gearbox with five-speed gearbox, or a three-step machine.

The car is on display in Schiedam on appointment.
