Val-Saint-Lambert : vase taillée en cristal incolore et doublé mauve. Modèle Antinea par Joseph Simon. Il est en parfait état et non signée (avant 1936). J’ai mesuré 27,5 cm de hauteur et 15,5 cm de diamètre maximum pour un poids de 2496 g.

JOSEPH SIMON (1869-1960)
Joseph Simon est le designer collaborateur puis le successeur de Léon Ledru en 1926 et joue un rôle de plus en plus important dans la création des modèles et des décors taillés de style Art Déco. Le Val-Saint-Lambert triomphe lors de l’exposition internationale des Arts décoratifs de Paris en 1925 en présentant sa production et Joseph Simon reçoit la médaille d’or pour son oeuvre personnelle.
