Ford 3-Window coupé 1934

Deze Ford 3-Window coupé met zijn suïcide doors is the holy grale onder de jaren 30-coupes. Deze is voornamelijk bekend geworden door ZZ-top. De in België gerestaureerde Ford is tot in detail gedaan: lak interieur, chassis en de ophanging.

De auto heeft een nieuw gebouwde Ford 351 Windsor V8 met een C6 automaat met Lokar shifter. Gepolijste dynamo, waterpomp en pulleys.

De coupé heeft een TPI frame met onafhankelijke ophanging, schijfremmen en stuurbekrachtiging. De gehele ophanging is nieuw en uitgevoerd met coilovers. Prachtige hagelnieuwe classic wheels met nieuwe Coocker white walls passen perfect bij de auto.

Het interieur is geheel nieuw uitgevoerd in zwart leer en is in zeer goede conditie. Het dashboard is super mooi en origineel met nieuwe meters die ook allemaal werken, zelfs het klokje. 

Complete nieuwe draadboom en zekeringkast.

De hele onderzijde is super netjes en de nieuwe dubbele uitlaat met Flowmasters produceert een fantastisch mooi geluid. Het rijden is een beleving en je gaat er zeker een dikke grijns aan overhouden.

De vorige eigenaar heeft kosten nog moeite bespaard om deze Ford zo te krijgen. Er is slechts 800 miles gereden na de restauratie in 2020, verder heeft hij alleen gepronkt op beurzen en shows.

Het is een glasfiber Corner body, naar zeggen het beste wat er te krijgen is. De auto staat thans op Belgisch "O"-kenteken met nog een technische keuring tot eind 2024. 

Omzetten naar Nederlands kenteken is niet mogelijk. In veel andere landen is het geen probleem door het Europese kenteken met geldige keuring.
