Original full colour page starring Judge Dredd and Johnny Alpha in the first ever crossover story between 2000ad and Judge Dredd Megazine; ‘Judgement Day’. It all happens when the odds are heavily stacked against the good guys and Johnny Alpha the time travelling Strontium Dog arrives for the team-up to beat all team ups! The evil 'Sabbat the Necromagus' has resurrected every corpse in the entire world to serve as his zombie army, and he is wearing a cloak of his victims faces. The story was written by Garth Ennis and was published in 2000 AD progs (issues) 786-799 but certain parts appeared in the Megazine between issue 4 - 9 This Judgement Day story is still referred to as a Mega-Epic! This full colour page is accomplished in inks and airbrush. The acetate containing all speech bubbles is still attached. Official 2000AD rubber stamp to the reverse of the page includes date and issue details; Prog 797 - Page 7 - 22nd August 1992. This rubber stamp can be seen slightly through the paper. See pictures. The page is in fantastic condition. Please note that any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the winning bidder.
