A rich sensory experience that reveals how hand-picked, sherry-seasoned oak casks make the greatest contribution to the superlative quality, natural colour and full flavours at the heart of this single malt whisky and The Macallan Quest Collection.


Fully matured in four different, but complementary cask types, The Macallan Quest begins a long journey of discovery to explore the influence of sherry-seasoned oak casks. Hand-picked European and American oak sherry-seasoned casks and hogsheads are combined with American oak bourbon casks, to create a spirit of wordly sophistication. Characterised by the classic fresh flavours of citrus fruits and sweet vanilla, this is a single malt whisky that creates a genuine expectation of further exploration and enjoyments.

Colour: Pale gold.
Nose: Soft citrus fruits, rounded apple and lemon. Vanilla sweetness and subtle oak.
Palate: Apple mixes with ginger and dry fruits. Nutmeg and cinnamon soften and fade.
Finish: Great length. Soft, light fruit and medium sweet.
