Teddybeer PB 28 of te wel Teddybeer Exhibition is speciaal gemaakt voor de reizende tentoonstelling in 2002 in Japan van alle oude bekende en kostbare teddyberen zoals Teddybeer 1908, Happy en anderen. Deze beer is speciaal gemaakt voor deze tentoonstelling en alleen in Japan verkrijgbaar geweest. 
Super zeldzaam item. Beer nummer 172. Gelimiteerde editie van 2002 stuks. 

De beer is circa 35cm groot.

Conditie: goed. Voorzien van Steiff knoopje, vaandeltje, papieren borstetiket,  doos en certificaat. 
Doos is beschadigd.
