Manuscriptenbundel van meer dan 300 jaar oud uit de provincie Brabant; voorzien van twee droogzegels; op de achterzijde van de bundel staat geschreven 'papieren rakende ons grootvader jeger saliger'. 

De bundel bestaat uit pagina's van 20,5 x 32 centimeter en 3 verschillende documenten; deze documenten zijn met een katoenen lint in een hoek met elkaar verbonden;

De notariële manuscripten bestaan uit deze 3 delen:

1. - Vier pagina's, testament opgesteld door raad van Brabant met familienamen als Dirk Adolph van Bonninghuijsen (Von Bönninghausen is een Nederlandse en Duitse adellijke familie), heer van Walbeek; Maria Beatrix de Jeger te Sint Odenrode (behorende tot 's-Hertogenbosch), Johan Carel de Jeger tot Lochtenburgh, Anna Elisabeth van Grevenbroeck.    
2. -  Uit 1717; Een pagina met fraaie signatuur  en naamsvermelding B. van der Haer.
3. - Compareerden voor Schout en Schepen Sint Odenrode; eveneens uit 1717 en voorzien van signatuur; twee pagina's beschreven en twee leeg. 

De bundel verkeert in een verzamelbare staat, uiteraard met sporen van ouderdom, de foto's maken deel uit van de beschrijving.
