This unique twin vessel is an exquisite example of the traditional craftsmanship of the Teke people, who reside along the banks of the Congo River. Known for their remarkable pottery-making skills, Teke women created these vessels using terracotta clay, firing them at low temperatures to preserve their organic and rustic appeal.
