Old Pulteney Distillery is a malt whisky production and maturation facility located in the Pulteneytown district of Wick, Caithness, in the Highland region of Scotland. The distillery produces Old Pulteney Single Malt Whisky in various age expressions and features a visitor center on Huddart Street.
Situated on Scotland’s northernmost coast, where the North Sea meets the Caithness shoreline, Old Pulteney Distillery is also known as The Maritime Malt.

o	Finish: Medium to long, maintaining the salty, peppery note with caramel-like fruits and a light woody dryness.

The Old Pulteney Noss Head is an uncomplicated Single Malt from an ex-Bourbon cask, easy to drink without fuss. On the nose, it offers salty lemons, a light vanilla and coconut note, and a fresh sea breeze. The taste reveals dry sweetness, a hint of cask (coconut and cocoa), pepper, and a distant maritime touch. The finish is rather short and spicy-fruity.
The Noss Head is a lighthouse named after the Old Norse word “Snos,” situated on a headland. The whisky named after this lighthouse provides a full-bodied experience with sweet and spicy flavors, hints of coconut, lemon, and orange, and a lingering finish.
