La sedia ha una base a cinque razze con piedini regolabili, un fusto centrale che regge la seduta regolabile in altezza, un poggiapiedi circolare e uno schienale di forma ovale, anch'esso regolabile.
La sedia ha un design moderno e funzionale, tipico delle sedie da ufficio o da lavoro degli anni '70-'80.
La seduta e lo schienale sono imbottiti, rivestiti in similpelle nera e presentano segni di usura, ma sono in buone condizioni generali. qualche segno del tempo qualche ossidazione e qualche segno sulla seduta.
La struttura in metallo cromato è lucida e presenta alcuni punti ossidati e qualche puntino di ruggine, ma essendo acciaio e facile da pulire.
