This is a unique and collectible Suntory Whisky Royal 12 Years Zodiac Edition "Year of the Snake" 2001, beautifully presented in a ceramic bottle shaped like a treasure ship (宝船) carrying the iconic Lucky Gods and adorned with celebratory calligraphy. This bottle, crafted by Kato Kogei, features fine red, gold, and white porcelain decoration, with elements symbolizing wealth, luck, and longevity, making it a perfect display and collector's item.

This limited-edition bottle celebrates the "巳年" (Year of the Snake) and is part of Suntory's highly popular "干支シリーズ (Zodiac Series)", which releases a specially designed bottle every year based on the Chinese zodiac. The 2001 edition symbolizes transformation, rebirth, and wisdom—qualities often associated with the snake in Eastern traditions.

Inside the bottle is Suntory Royal 12 Years, a meticulously blended whisky known for its smooth, rich flavor, created from selected malt and grain whiskies aged for over a decade. The bottle is sealed and unopened, making it ideal for both collectors and whisky lovers.

Kato Kogei, a ceramic artisan studio, collaborates with Suntory to design and produce these artistic decanters, elevating the collectible value of each bottle through traditional Japanese ceramic techniques and exquisite decoration.
