Description from the seller
A private collector is offering a rare Fiat 500 Scioneri from 1972.
The documents list the designation Fiat 500 Scioneri along with the corresponding homologation number and the homologation plate.
The original period license plates and registration booklet, ready for the transfer of ownership, will be delivered with a regular inspection (Testing).
Scioneri was a coachbuilding company based in Piedmont in Savigliano, founded in 1943 by Antonio Scioneri.
Despite its small size, Scioneri has also worked with renowned designers such as Giovanni Michelotti, becoming a leading company in the automotive sector for its customizations.
Purchased in 2023 and restored in 2025.
Symbol of an era of iconic design.
The car was carefully stored in a garage and presented in excellent condition, with an intact and sound body and no signs of rust either inside or out (Photos Available)
The 500 in question is a car more unique than rare—an authentic vintage collectible produced in limited quantities.
One of the most sought-after on the market
The car has been restored taking into account the original equipment at the time of purchase.
Reinforced drivetrain of the Fiat 126, which has been inspected and overhauled.
The crossbow with the inverted eyelet
Suspensions and springs with a lowered setup
Replaced with new spare parts purchased from D’Angelo Motori.
The braking system with front disc brakes.
Which has been checked and revised.
The electrical system is new, along with all electrical components such as the lighting, position lights, headlights, and rear turn signals.
The fuel system is also new—the tank, piping, and fuel pump.
All the wires and sheaths, such as the throttle, clutch, ignition, etc., have been replaced.
Some of the modifications carried out are not recorded in the logbook as:
Disc brakes and a lowered suspension.
The Pneomatici tires have not been replaced.
They will be replaced by the buyer in such a way as to choose the size they prefer.
In general the car handles and brakes very well with excellent road grip; you don't hear any noise.
The braking system has been overhauled.
The electrical system has been completely replaced with a new ASI (FIFA) quality product.
At the time of the restoration, the car appeared in its original condition.
Car accompanied by original documentation.
Targata SA (Salerno)
Documentation with Italian registration ready for the transfer of ownership.
Regularly serviced over the years, the car will be delivered with a valid inspection.
The car has its original engine with engine code Fiat 110 F (as listed in the registration) which has been cleaned and checked.
Distributor overhaul, points, condenser, spark plugs replaced, various gaskets
The car starts up on the first try, and a small maintenance may be necessary since it has been parked in the garage for a year.
Following the restoration, the car has never been used, kept in a garage; naturally it has been started from time to time to preserve its condition.
No signs of damage or incident; the shell is intact and sound, with no sign of rust.
Most of the components that were replaced were replaced with ASI-quality spare parts.
The doors close perfectly.
Classic car sold as used in good condition.
Very rare car with an intact body and no rust.
The car can be viewed in Aversa (Caserta), Italy.
I offer maximum availability and clear communication to the carrier.

Catawiki always aims to offer you the best possible buying experience. Our experts virtually review and select every vehicle in line with our submission guidelines and we require our sellers to provide the most accurate description of the vehicle. However, providing a fully detailed analysis of the vehicle is extremely difficult, and close to impossible. To guide you, we ask our sellers to provide information about the vehicle’s condition. Please consider that most vehicles for sale are classic vehicles and they often already have a whole life behind them, meaning that even a condition 1 or 2 vehicle might need maintenance to be ready for the road. It is advised to carefully read our submission guidelines that further describe details about the condition grades and types to manage your expectations. Cars are sold “as is”, meaning as described and in the condition they are in at the time of the sale and without any representation, warranty or assumption of liability of any kind as to the condition by Catawiki or by the seller. The condition of this item is the opinion of the seller and may differ from yours, your local garage, or the dealer’s opinion. This does not automatically mean the car does not conform to its description. Before bidding, please check your local legislation regarding vehicle registration. Neither the seller nor Catawiki is responsible for the registration of the vehicle in your country and will not accept a cancellation for your failure to register the vehicle. We also recommend that, if possible, you arrange a viewing with the seller before placing a bid.
