Produced by **Alberta Distillers Ltd**, one of Canada's most renowned distilleries, famous for making 100% rye whisky. Alberta Distillers was founded in 1946 and has perfected the distillation process over time, using exclusively high-quality Canadian rye.  

### **Whisky Characteristics**  
- **Type:** Rye Whisky  
- **Alcohol Content:** Variable depending on the version, but generally between 40% and 50%  
- **Ingredients:** 100% Canadian rye, distilled using proprietary enzymes for fermentation  
- **Aging:** Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels, used bourbon barrels, and new charred white oak barrels  
- **Aromatic Profile:** Notes of caramel, vanilla, spices, and toasted wood, with a long and complex finish
