 Kristallen geslepen parfumflacon met massief zilveren dop (.835), circa 1880, Nederland

Een zeldzaam staaltje van negentiende-eeuwse verfijning: deze elegante parfumflacon belichaamt de luxe en het vakmanschap van een voorbije tijd. Vervaardigd rond 1880 in Nederland, is de flacon uitgevoerd in helder geslepen kristal, dat op subtiele wijze het licht vangt en weerkaatst. De verfijnde slijptechniek benadrukt de pure elegantie van de vorm en de transparantie van het materiaal.

De kroon op dit sierlijke object is de massief zilveren dop, vervaardigd in tweede gehalte zilver (.835). De dop toont sporen van ambachtelijk handwerk, met een zachte patina die de leeftijd en authenticiteit van het stuk onderstreept. Een keurteken bevestigt de herkomst en het zilvergehalte, wat dit object niet alleen tot een esthetisch pronkstuk maakt, maar ook tot een waardevol verzamelobject.
