Van een privé een collectie word hier aangeboden een Volvo 780 2.3i Turbo Coupe Bertone met een B230FT Red Block motor gekoppeld aan een 4 traps automaat bak met overdrive, met bouwjaar 1988. 
Uitgevoerd in de chique kleurstelling Blue metallic on Blue/black lederen interieur.

Historie: 

Dit betreft een Volvo, geproduceerd in de Volvo fabriek Zweden 1988 en geassembleerd bij Bertone, in Torino Italië, waarna geleverd aan zijn eerste eigenaar.  

Technisch:

De prachtige staat van deze Volvo Bertone is heel duidelijk te zien op de foto’s, Het interieur en onder de motorkap als ook de onderkant is alles in een mooie verzorgde staat. De refurbished motor loopt heel mooi en ook de 4 speed automaat bak met elektrische overdrive schakelt en werkt naar behoren. 

Het is goed om te weten voor koper dat de Volvo aan de koper word geleverd met daarbij een volledige technische keuring is gedaan en geldig is tot 04-2027 van de Belgische overheid.

Carrosserie & Lakwerk:

De lak heeft over het algemeen een mooie diepe glans en heeft lichte gebruikers sporen, de carrosserie heeft algemene gebruikers sporen en tekenen van veroudering maar geen corrosieve schade. Het interieur is nog in hele mooie originele staat maar verdient wel wat aandacht. 

Recentelijk uitgevoerd onderhoud & reparaties:

De auto had meer dan 10 jaar stil gestaan, waardoor deze door de lange stilstand goed onderhanden diende te worden genomen. Hierbij is onder andere:
de motor compleet refurbished, zo zijn alle keringen en pakkingen vervangen. De distributieriem met waterpomp, oliepomp, koppakking en andere pakkingen. De stuurpomp, rubberslagen werden ook vervangen. De injectors ultrasoon gereinigd. De intank hulp pomp en benzine onder de auto zijn vervangen. De ontsteking is compleet vernieuwd, De water gekoelde Garrett turbo is door een turbo revisie bedrijf volledig gereviseerd. De Katalysator is vervangen door een free flow en de luchtfilter door een K&N filter, zo ademt de motor beter. De eind demper werd tevens ook vervangen als ook de lambda sonde. De automaatbak is ook gerefurbished. Dit houd in dat de bedrijfszekerheid van de Volvo hiermee aanzienlijk is verhoogd.

Overall is deze Volvo Bertone een prachtige tijd capsule waar er niet veel van zijn gemaakt en zeker niet meer van over zijn. Een aparte prachtige verschijning op de weg.

De Volvo staat nu op Belgisch Oldtimer kenteken en kan in de meeste landen binnen de EU gemakkelijker worden geregistreerd  als oldtimer (H-kenteken voor Duitsland) door zijn leeftijd 30+ jaar kan ze wel al als oldtimer worden ingeschreven of een oldtimer status verkrijgen. Koper dient dit wel zelf te controleren met de lokale autoriteiten, wij kunnen eventueel assisteren bij transport of formaliteiten.
