Elegante en decoratieve vaas uit de jaren 1930, geproduceerd door de Franse glasfabriek Souchon-Neuvesel. Dit model, genummerd 253 op de bodem, behoort tot hun bekendere Art Deco-reeks en toont een prachtig reliëfdecor van vliegende zwaluwen tussen takken – een stijlvol en romantisch motief dat typerend is voor het interbellumdesign.

De vaas is uitgevoerd in mat roze geperst glas (gesatineerd), waardoor het licht zacht gefilterd wordt en het reliëf extra tot zijn recht komt. Deze combinatie van natuurlijke motieven en geometrisch lijnenspel weerspiegelt perfect de Franse Art Deco-esthetiek.
