Internazionale . 
Taglia sigari tascabile  di forma esagonale Art Deco ( completamente inciso su entrambe le superci con decoro che ricorda quello della pavimentazione della Piazza del Campidoglio di Roma ), sistema  a ghigliottina. Realizzato artigianalmente  in argento 925/000,(testa di minerva) lama in acciaio recante firma “ P Eloi”. I punzoni nella struttura esterna sono parzialmente leggibili . Alcuni segni del tempo nella lama in acciaio . Perfettamente funzionante . Provvisto di gancio per poterlo collocare nella catena “ a panciotto” 
Oggetto di grande raffinatezza . Dimensioni(gancio incluso ) 38x43x6mm. Gancio escuso 38x37x3mm.
