2 Bottles Brandy Lopez Hermanos 1885 Málaga  40º 700 ml.

Brandy bottled in the late 1990s to 2000s by the López Hermanos winery in Málaga.
One of the bottles has suffered a slight evaporation loss.
The general condition of the label, capsule and contents are in very good condition.
Preserved in cellophane paper, characteristic of the presentation, as well as the original wooden box with methacrylate lid.
Bottles very difficult to find in this condition.
To collect or to taste a brandy with typical Pedro Ximenez notes, as the crianza casks had previously aged sweet wines made with PX.

WINE MAKING
Brandy Solera made from selected Malaga D.O. wines, which are distilled in copper stills using direct heat from the wood. The extracts obtained have very particular aromatic characteristics. Oxidative ageing in American oak casks that have contained sweet wines of the Pedro Ximenez variety.

TASTING NOTES
Dark amber colour, crowned by faint greenish reflections. Clean and bright. Clean and bright. Powerful and complex aromas, coming from a great ageing process. Dried fruits stand out (walnuts and hazelnuts on a sweet background of ripe plums, dates and delicately wrapped in hints of vanilla). Unctuous and enveloping in the mouth, with a long and complex aftertaste, which transfers all the aromatic sensations to the palate.
