Dit is een bas-reliëf (laagreliëf) in marmer, in een sierlijke vergulde lijst, vermoedelijk uit de 19e eeuw of mogelijk vroeg 20e eeuw. Voorstelling van een mythologische scène. Sterk beïnvloed door de neoclassicistische of barokke stijl, veel voorkomend in decoratieve kunst van de 18e en 19e eeuw.
Dit intrigerende kunstwerk is een marmeren reliëf met een rijkelijk versierde vergulde lijst, en toont een sierlijke voorstelling.
 
De omlijsting is bijzonder rijk: een verguld kader met rococo-achtige elementen zoals acanthusbladeren, schelpmotieven en florale ornamenten. Dit vergulde kader contrasteert prachtig met het matte, witte marmer van het reliëf, waardoor het werk nog meer diepte en elegantie krijgt.
