Simone Sedda

An old full size violin for professional musician or collector. The violin is in a good shape, with tears and wears but no cracks, new boxwood set up and new strings. Two pieces back of strongly flamed maple wood, high grained spruce top. With its beautifully carved scroll and refined orange-brown varnish, this instrument is a elegant personality with a broad range of sound nuances. Warm and matured in its lower registers, its balanced sound of medium power gains clarity, brightness and sweetness in the upper registers. 
The label says: "Augustus Pollastri Raphaelis Fiorini alumnus fecit Bononiae an. 1910"
