Probably back from the 40's, but not dated.
It is completely made of metal body and bakelite handle while at the same time it represents a traditional desktop press bullet reloader, resulting to the ultimate showstopper for every lover of these articles and every collection. The attention to detail pattern is all over the place as the colors, the texture and the whole craftsmanship of this piece are absolutely stunning and it will immediately seduce you in every possible way as it looks like it came straight out of some private collection.
