barbaresco gaja 2017


Just mention Barbaresco, and the name of Angelo Gaja, an Italian master in the production of an excellent Nebbiolo, immediately comes to mind. This Barbaresco appears deep garnet red in colour. Moreover, the nose evokes distinctive scents of citrus fruits, wild strawberries, elderflower and white pepper. Finally, the palate is full-bodied and elegant, with a long, lingering finish.
