David Turnley is a important American photo-journalist who was awarded the Pulitzer Prize (1990), the World Press Photo Award (1988 and 1991) and the Robert Capa Gold Medal (1989). His most acclaimed reportage includes South Africa under Apartheid and Beijing Spring.
