Raffinato tavolino da servizio o toilette italiano, realizzato tra il 1920 e il 1930, esempio elegante di manifattura Art Nouveau. 

Il mobile si distingue per la leggerezza delle linee sinuose delle gambe in legno ebanizzato, mosse e sottili, che donano slancio e armonia alla struttura. Il piano e il ripiano inferiore sono impreziositi da una ricca decorazione a tarsia che combina vari legni pregiati: tuia, ciliegio, mogano, noce e bosso. Il motivo centrale floreale è circondato da elaborate cornici geometriche e arabescate, che esaltano i contrasti cromatici naturali delle essenze utilizzate. Particolare cura è stata dedicata alle applicazioni in bronzo dorato che incorniciano i profili e arricchiscono il cassetto frontale con maniglia finemente lavorata. Presente specchio all’interno e serratura con chiave originale.

Un pezzo di qualità, ben conservato, capace di coniugare funzionalità e fascino decorativo, ideale come complemento elegante in ambienti classici o moderni.
