Joli vase en céramique signé Camart à Antibes.

Il mesure 22 cm de haut. Le diamètre du col est de 10 cm. Il pèse 1.340 grammes

Il est en très bon état. La dorure dans le décor est légèrement estompée par endroit. Il y a des fêles de cuisson visibles uniquement à l'intérieur et non traversants (voir photos).

Envoi rapide et soigné.

Raymond Camart (1908-1980) est né au Havre.

Il s’installe en 1945 dans un atelier à Vallauris, puis ouvre une usine de fabrication, quartier des Lantisques à Mougins.
Au début des années 50, il crée à Antibes, un nouvel atelier ainsi qu’un centre d’exposition qui a la forme d’un village miniature pour accueillir ses créations.

Il est présent chaque année au salon de la céramique à Paris.
Raymond Camart est à la fois artiste et chef d’entreprise, il est en ligne avec le courant de pensée de l’époque sur l’art appliqué, l’art à la portée de tous…
Toujours à la recherche d’originalité, dans les formes et les décors, il embellit les objets même usuels.
