Pure nostalgic. I herewith offer a Sony WM-EX658 Walkman in very good condition. (Minor scratches - normal wear and tear- see pictures).  It's a portable cassette player from 1997, one of the last "made in Japan" by Sony, featuring an aluminium casing, red miniled play/battery indicator, Mega Bass, Groove for deep bass, and Autoreverse. It includes Dolby B noise reduction, AVLS (volume limiter), and an AMS search system, Blank Skip, single-track repeat, and extra-fast winding. The unit runs on a single AA battery or a rechargeable NiMH battery for up to 40 hours of playback. The rubber belt has been replaced with a new one so the player works and sounds still quite fresh for its age.

Comes with the original Groove Fontopia in-ear headphones with remote control, but even sounds better with any other on ear or in ear headphones with standard 3.5mm plug (not included).

Note : The original battery charger is included but does not seem to charge (in case you would like to try to repair), but an alternative one in working condition is supplied (can charge 2 batteries at same time) - and is powered by a micro USB cable - see pictures

2 Rechargeable batteries included : 
- The original Sony (quickly decharged - not full capacity) : NH-1.2 V, 1350mAH
- New replacement battery "Doublepow"      : NH- 1.2V 1400 mAH
In addition a standard 1.5V AA battery detachable unit is provided - which is also an easy way to power the player - see pictures
