Ensemble de 5 cadres anciens – Bois d’ébène sculpté

Magnifique ensemble de cinq cadres anciens, réalisés en bois d’ébène véritable, finement sculptés dans un style néo-baroque du XIXe siècle. Chaque cadre présente un travail ornemental riche : motifs floraux, courbes élégantes et éléments symétriques caractéristiques du style victorien et Napoléon III.

Détails:
Bois : ébène massif sculpté à la main (face avant)

Dos : panneaux arrière en bois classique (non ébène), en excellent état de maintien

Verre : tous les verres ont été remplacés récemment, neufs et transparents

Photos : portraits photographiques d’époque sur papier ancien, probablement fin XIXe – début XXe siècle

Composition :
2 grands cadres 27 x 19.5 cm : portraits d’une femme et d’un couple en tenue de mariage

2 cadres moyens 18 x 12.5 cm : portraits d’un homme et d’une femme

1 élément décoratif (pomme verte non incluse) utilisée ici pour donner une échelle de référence

État :
Très bon état général, malgré l’ancienneté des pièces

Quelques petits défauts fonctionnels non visibles (liés à l’ajustement du bois arrière ou du système de maintien), sans impact esthétique ni structurel
