Zeer fraaie en goed bewaard gebleven mechanische stopwatch van Tokyo Clock (東京時計), uitgevoerd met een 4-juwelen uurwerk en additieknop met flyback functie. Dit type stopwatch werd in de vroege jaren ’60 geproduceerd voor sport- en industriële tijdsmetingen.

De wijzerplaat is helder wit met duidelijke zwarte cijfers en een 30 minuten register. De messing kast is verchroomd en verkeert in mooie staat, met slechts lichte sporen van gebruik. Het mechanisme loopt en reset naar behoren.

Bijzonder is dat dit exemplaar compleet wordt aangeboden met de originele doos en het bijbehorende garantiebewijs, afgestempeld op 18 oktober 1962  door het Daimaru-warenhuis in Kobe. Een fraai stukje uurwerk geschiedenis dat slechts hoogst zelden complete staat opduikt.
