Fraai polychroom gipsen beeld dat de innige verbondenheid uit tussen Maria en Jezus en benadrukt en ook de rol van Maria als middelares die de gelovigen naar het Heilig Hart van Christus leidt. Het beeld staat op een basis in de vorm van wolken, waarbij Maria de slang onder haar voeten vertrappelt – een verwijzing naar de overwinning op het kwaad. Maria houdt een hart in haar hand en reikt het toe aan Jezus, die met twee vingers een zegenend gebaar maakt en tegelijk naar het hart wijst. Dit hart staat symbool voor liefde, toewijding en de goddelijke band tussen moeder en zoon.

Hoogte 41 cm en in goede staat met sporen van ouderdom, zie foto’s.
