Vintage barkrukken/keukenkrukken uit de jaren ’60–’70. De stijl is typisch voor die tijd: een strak verchroomd metalen frame met drie poten, gecombineerd met een ronde zitting bekleed in donkerbruin skai (kunstleer).

Kenmerken:

Minimalistisch ontwerp, praktisch en stapelbaar (zoals je op de foto’s kunt zien).

Skai bekleding was in die tijd erg populair: slijtvast, betaalbaar en met een “lederlook” uitstraling.

De driepoot-constructie maakt ze stabiel en makkelijk te plaatsen, ook in kleinere ruimtes.

Dit soort krukken zie je vaak terug in cafés, kantines, maar ook in woonkamers met een modern of industrieel interieur.

Qua herkomst: ze werden in de jaren ’60/’70 veel geproduceerd in West-Europa, vaak in Duitsland of Nederland. Niet altijd gemerkt, omdat dit soort meubilair vaak anoniem werd verkocht via warenhuizen en horeca-inrichters.

Periode: ca. 1965–1975

Stijl: Mid-century / vintage industrieel

Ze zijn nog steeds erg geliefd als retro eyecatcher en praktisch inzetbaar in huis of horeca.
Goede vintage staat met lichte gebruikssporen passend bij de leeftijd (zie foto’s).
