Contemporary full green leather with gold spine lettering and decorations. Re-issue of the cheap edition published in Exeter, New Hampshire, USA, 1827, the added title pages retain the 1827 date. According to Rius, the frontispieces and added title-page illustrations were copied from a New York edition of 1814. They are unsigned and uncaptioned but with page references to the relevant text passage. [Rius 677] [Suñé 407][Icon 448] Inscribed “G.J Huddleson” inside front cover of vol.I an in various places in all volumes “John Huddleson”, some signatures daed 1830. Bindings rubbed.
