Charming and emotional parian porcelain sculpture from Gustavsberg, Sweden. Designed by Adèle Rudenschöld (AR mark), depicting a young boy embracing his faithful dog. A fine example of early 20th-century Scandinavian art porcelain in the neoclassical style.

Condition: Very good vintage condition, minor wear consistent with age, no major damage (see photos for details).

Marks: Gustavsberg anchor stamp with date 1922, crown + AR for Adèle Rudenschöld, additional factory marks.

This piece was produced in 1922, the year before Adèle Rudenschöld passed away, making it one of her late works and adding to its historical and collector’s value.
