Antiek wandspiegelkastje – florale reliëfdecoratie – vermoedelijk Jugendstil – ca. 1900–1930
Zeer decoratief wandkastje met geïntegreerde spiegel, uitgevoerd in geperst messing/latoen en hout. Het kastje is rijkelijk versierd met florale en symmetrische motieven, typerend voor de Jugendstil-periode. De bovenplaat en zijpanelen tonen fijn reliëfwerk met blad- en bloemmotieven, wat het stuk een elegante en tijdloze uitstraling geeft.

De spiegel is omlijst door een sierlijk metalen frame en rust boven een subtiel plankje. Het houten deurtje opent naar een bescheiden opbergruimte, vermoedelijk bedoeld voor kammen, borstels of kleine toiletartikelen. Dit object combineert functionaliteit met esthetiek en is een blikvanger in elk interieur.

Vermoedelijke herkomst
Duitsland of Oostenrijk, ca. begin 20e eeuw. Stijlkenmerken wijzen op Jugendstil met invloeden uit de Duitse Secessionistische beweging.
