A refined Japanese rectangular serving tray, crafted in the traditional urushi lacquerware technique and decorated with a delicate makie pine needle motif in gold. This elegant design symbolizes longevity and resilience, deeply rooted in Japanese aesthetics.
The tray is signed on the reverse and comes housed in its original wooden tomobako (storage box) with inscriptions on the lid. The box also contains its original yellow protective cloth and explanatory leaflet regarding lacquerware care, enhancing its authenticity and collectible value.
