Moneda de emergencia (Notgeld) emitida durante la hiperinflación alemana posterior a la Primera Guerra Mundial. En el anverso se presenta el busto del barón Heinrich Friedrich Karl vom und zum Stein, reformador prusiano del siglo XIX. En el reverso destaca el caballo rampante, símbolo tradicional de la región de Westfalia. Estas monedas fueron acuñadas con un valor facial altísimo debido a la devaluación masiva de la moneda en aquel periodo. La pieza está fabricada en aluminio y tiene un diámetro de 45 mm, lo que la convierte en una de las emisiones notgeld más grandes en tamaño y valor nominal.
