This collection retells some of the stories, including: Una and the Red Cross Knight, Sir Guyon, and Calidore and Pastorella, amongst others. Written by Edmund Spenser, an English poet best known for The Faerie Queene. Retold by Emily Underdown, an English writer, novelist and poet best known for popularising Dante and for her children's books. Illustrated by Francis Cheyne Pape, an English artist and illustrator.
