Claire Sorine

The Geynale syrah is worked manually on steep hillsides facing due south. The grapes are harvested by hand. The bunches macerate in cold, at 12 degrees, for one week. Then, they carry out their fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is then aged for about a year in oak barrels without new wood, in order to preserve the fruit aromas. 
At the tasting of the 2014 vintage, we discover a dense wine with an extremely complex black robe with aromas of black fruits and spices. All with a beautiful mineral frame. Its tannins, present, are fine and harmonious.
