Original FIRST EDITION with green linen binding in very good condition with gold-stamped spine and cover title, gold-edged spine, yellow edges, and free of stains or yellowing. First edition, third printing. Published in December 1926, before the movie by Fritz Lang was made. Very nice, very well-preserved original copy.

No dog-ears, cover not pressed through or warped. No visible bumped corners. Included as bookmarks are TWO photo postcards of the two main actors, Fröhlich and Helm, both from around the time of publication. One of them is HAND SIGNED with the original signature. Not a reproduction. Not a repress. ALL ORIGINAL. RARE.
