The design is characteristic of Empoli — a rounded optical shape with soft waves and a tall conical lid. The glass is made in a rich amber-honey tone, smoothly transitioning to a dark chestnut colour at the top. The piece is typical of Italian glassware from the 1960s and 1970s and fits well with the aesthetics of Mid-Century Modern and Hollywood Regency.
