Issued by the Royal Dutch Mint in a maximum, limited edition of 1,000 pieces. The coin is proof quality, housed in a luxury wooden box and provided with a unique issue number along with a certificate of authenticity. The designer is Hennie Bouwe, who chose a fitting design with on the reverse an iconic 3D portrait of the footballer.
