This is a vintage metal watercolor palette with a white enamel finish on the front and a black enamel finish on the reverse.
It features a finger hole for easy handling and embossed mixing areas along the top edge.
Likely produced during Japan’s Showa era, this piece now carries an authentic shabby-chic patina—perfect as both a functional artist’s tool and a decorative display item.


Material / Technique:
Metal base (steel) with enamel coating, pressed surface for paint wells.

Condition:
Visible rust, small dents, scratches, and paint loss.
The enamel coating remains mostly intact; overall still displays well.
