This set was released in 2013. It features a detachable treehouse with a secret trapdoor, fold-down ladder, winch with gray bucket, red bucket trap, and storage area with a sleeping mat. It includes a child minifigure, a dog, and a yellow wagon. It was retired in October 2015. The set can be rebuilt into a lakeside hut with a jetty and pizza oven or a 2-story farmyard barn with a garden and wheelbarrow. Features include a detachable Treehouse with a detachable roof, a secret trapdoor with a lock, a fold-down ladder, and a storage area with a sleeping mat. It has some unique items - a secret treasure map, a pizza, and a treasure map. Treehouse was designed by LEGO designer Andy Seenan. The box is in excellent condition.
