Captivant fétiche Vaudou du Togo. C'est un personnage en bois sans jambes. Un visage sort de son ventre. Un fer Shango orne le crâne du personnage principal. Le visage est puissant, le regard est perçant, hypnotique, halluciné. Il semble en transe. Sa bouche est ouverte, en avant, il nous montre ses dents. Il y a une force primaire et animal dans cette oeuvre. Sa fonction est mystérieuse. La patine est belle, riche, mélange de diverses offrandes, sang, alcool.... Un objet de culte Vaudou ancien et authentique. Circa 1960.
