Questa fotografia in bianco e nero di Andy Warhol con una Polaroid è stata realizzata da Oliviero Toscani nel 1975. L’immagine raffigura Warhol sia come fotografo sia come soggetto, mentre tiene in mano una fotocamera istantanea dalla quale emerge il suo autoritratto. La foto ha uno stile immediato e genuino, senza ritocchi, ed è diventata celebre anche come immagine testimonial per il marchio Polaroid. Toscani ha saputo cogliere il lato carismatico e autentico di Warhol, segnando anche l’inizio di una lunga amicizia tra i due.
