Esta moneda de 1 lev de plata fue acuñada en Sofía en el año 1913 durante el reinado de Fernando I, monarca que lideró a Bulgaria en un periodo de importantes cambios geopolíticos. En el anverso se muestra un retrato de perfil del zar con laureado busto mirando hacia la izquierda, mientras que el reverso exhibe el valor nominal flanqueado por espigas de trigo, ramas de laurel y rosas, elementos simbólicos de prosperidad y paz. Su conservación en grado MS61 le otorga una notable calidad dentro de las emisiones de principios del siglo XX en la península balcánica.
