Bezaubernde Ton-Schale von Wedgwood, um 1815. Vor vielen, vielen Jahren bei einem Antiquitätenhändler gekauft. Der Stil nennt sich 'Antico Rosso' und verweist auf einen roten Ton, der  erstmals um 1660 aus China nach England kam.

Ich habe die Schale mit der Uhrmacherlupe abgesucht, es gibt keine Ausbesserungen oder Macken.

Der Durchmesser beträgt etwa 11cm, dazu komen die zwei kleinen Griffe. Etwa 5cm hoch. Der Innendurchmesser der Öffnung beträgt etwa 6cm. Die Schale ist leicht, ich habe sie nicht gewogen. 

Möglicherweise gab es zu dieser Schale ursprünglich einen Deckel, diesen habe ich jedoch nie besessen. Ähnliche Schalen, bzw. Dosen konnte ich nicht finden, so daß die Frage unbeantwortet bleibt.
