An elegant silver-plated stamp box made by WMF (Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik), Germany, dating from 1901–1920. It has both the WMF G hallmark and the H.F. N.S. mark. The box features a raised rose motif on the lid and three inner compartments, designed to hold postage stamps. A fine example of WMF’s work from the Jugend/Art Nouveau era. Condition: Surface wear and small scratches to the silver plating, along with natural age marks, but overall in good antique condition and fully functional.
