It meticulously records costs for cavalry, dragoons, sappers, artillery, engineers, and more, alongside expenditures for doctors, ministers, generals, and governors. Notably, it includes the names of numerous generals and ministers serving abroad, enhancing its value as a genealogical resource.
The highest salary listed is that of Anne, Princess Royal and Princess of Orange (“Haare Con. Hoogheijd, Mevr. de Gouvernante”, 1709–1759), whose nine-month income totaled an impressive ƒ90,000.
The document also references a “subsidie ten behoeve van de colonie van Suriname” (subsidy for the colony of Suriname).
